What you get

Sales tax, labor burden, overhead, contingency and profit build up to your bid price, priced by margin or by markup, with a Healthy / Thin / Too low check and a ready-to-send client message.
Jobs: contract and budget by category. Approved change orders, revised contract, actual cost, budget left, % complete, earned revenue, over or under billing, collected, owed, projected profit, gross margin and an On track / Watch / Over budget flag fill in by themselves.
Job Report: pick any job to see budget vs actual by category with a chart, actual cost by cost code with hours, and that job’s change orders and invoices.
Costs: every receipt, sub invoice and payroll run tagged to a job and cost code. Leave the job blank for company overhead.
Change Orders: price and added cost for every change. Approved ones update the contract and the budget automatically.
