How we build your WordPress site.
From the first call to the handover, every step is agreed with you in writing.
We start with your goals and the pages you need: services, prices, case studies, contact and any guides. We then agree a design direction, usually from a few options based on your brand.
Next we build the site on WordPress with a theme and page builder set up for speed. Images are compressed, scripts load only where they are needed, and the layout is tested on phones before launch.
Before handover we set up the basics of search: page titles, meta descriptions, a sitemap and structured data where it fits the page. We also check that forms send correctly and that there are no broken links.
At handover we walk you through the editor, so you can change text, add posts and upload images without a developer.
Stores with WooCommerce.
If you sell products, we set up WooCommerce with your products, prices, shipping rules, tax settings and order emails. We test a full checkout from start to finish before the store goes live.
After launch.
A new site needs watching for the first few weeks. We can check search console reports, fix errors that show up, and help with small changes after launch, quoted separately when needed.
What to prepare before the call.
Bring your logo, brand colours, a list of the pages you need and any photos you own. If you have an old WordPress site, send its address so we can review it before quoting.
Tell us which actions matter most, such as a phone call, a quote request or a product purchase. We build the layout around that action so visitors know what to do next.
Content you can keep updating.
