Questions about automation
Can you automate Excel, or only Google Sheets?
Both. We use VBA, Power Query, Power Automate and Office Scripts for Excel, and Apps Script for Google Sheets. We pick what works with the tools you already pay for.
How much does spreadsheet automation cost?
Fixes are $149, custom builds $499 to $1,200, and full automations $1,000 to $2,500. Monthly care plans are $199, $499 or $999. You get a fixed quote before any work starts.
Do I need to pay for AI tools?
Only if the automation uses AI. In that case it runs on your own OpenAI or Claude API key, so you pay the AI provider directly, usually a few dollars a month for small businesses.
Is my data safe?
We work in a copy of your file or in an account you share with us, and we never sell or reuse client data. We can sign your NDA before you send anything.
What happens if an automation breaks later?
One-time projects include 14 days of free fixes after delivery. After that, a monthly care plan covers fixes, or we quote each fix separately.
Can I cancel a care plan?
Yes. Plans run month to month and you can cancel before the next billing date.
