What is inside the bill tracker template

Yellow cells are for your own numbers and text. Green cells calculate by themselves, so do not type over them. Sample data is included so you can see how it works, then replace it with your own.
How to use it
- Download the file and open it in Excel 2010 or later. It also opens in Google Sheets and LibreOffice.
- Replace the sample data in the yellow cells with your own.
- Read the totals and results that update automatically.
- Save a copy for each month, project or client, or print it from File > Print.

How do I track monthly bills?
List every recurring bill with its due day. Mark Paid when you pay it, and reset the column at the start of each month.
How does it know what is overdue?
It compares each due day with today. Unpaid bills past the due day show OVERDUE and bills due within 7 days show Due soon.
Can I use it for subscriptions?
Yes. Add streaming and software subscriptions as bills with their renewal day.
Is it compatible with Google Sheets?
Yes, upload it to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets.
