What is inside the excel sales dashboard template

Yellow cells are for your own numbers and text. Green cells calculate by themselves, so do not type over them. Sample data is included so you can see how it works, then replace it with your own.
How to use it
- Download the file and open it in Excel 2010 or later. It also opens in Google Sheets and LibreOffice.
- Replace the sample data in the yellow cells with your own.
- Read the totals and results that update automatically.
- Save a copy for each month, project or client, or print it from File > Print.

How do I make a dashboard in Excel?
Keep your raw data in one sheet, summarize it with SUMIF or a PivotTable on another sheet, and chart the summary. This template does that for you.
Do I need macros or Power Query?
No. It uses normal formulas, so it works in any recent Excel and in Google Sheets.
How do I use my own regions or products?
Type your names over the labels on the Dashboard sheet. The totals read from the Data sheet by name.
How many rows can it handle?
The sample covers 500 data rows. Extend the formulas down if you need more.
