1. Price each surface

Each service is size × price per unit, but never below that service’s minimum. Soft washing a house is priced by the siding square footage, concrete by the slab.

2. Bundle and minimum

Three or more services get your bundle discount, which helps close bigger jobs. The total never drops below your job minimum, so small jobs still pay for the trip.

3. Profit check

Labor hours come from how fast your crew cleans each surface, plus setup. Price ÷ labor hours is compared with your target to say Good, Thin or Too low.

Questions

How much should I charge for pressure washing a house?

Many US companies charge about $0.15 to $0.35 per square foot of siding for a soft wash, with a minimum of $250 to $400. A 2,400 sq ft house at $0.20 comes to about $480. Check what local companies charge and adjust “Your prices”.

How much to pressure wash a driveway?

Concrete is often $0.12 to $0.25 per square foot, with a minimum around $150. A two-car driveway of 600 to 900 sq ft usually lands between $110 and $220 before the minimum.

Should I give a discount for multiple services?

A small bundle discount (5% to 15%) on three or more services helps close larger jobs, and you’re already set up on site. The profit check shows whether the discounted price still meets your target per hour.
