Templates (digital downloads)
If a template does not work as described, email us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. We will fix it, and if we cannot, we will refund you in full.
Because files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind after the file has been downloaded, or for features that were not described on the product page. If you are unsure whether a template fits, email us before you buy, or try our free online tools first.
Custom projects
- If you cancel before we start work, you get a full refund.
- If you cancel after work has started, we refund the part of the fixed price for work not yet done.
- Delivered work includes revisions until it matches the agreed quote, and 14 days of free fixes after delivery.
Monthly care plans
Plans renew monthly. You can cancel any time before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. Payments for the current month are not refunded.
How to ask for a refund
Email tahir_abbas@softotech.net with your order number. We reply within 1 working day. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank; we can usually sort things out faster.
