This policy explains what personal information Softotech Solutions, a brand of Threedudes LLC (“we”, “us”) collects through softotech.net and our services, how we use it and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

Orders: your name, email address, billing country, and what you bought. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure form; we never receive or store your full card number.

Contact and quote requests: your name, email, optional phone number and your message.

Files for services: spreadsheets, records and other files you send us so we can do the work you asked for.

Free tools: numbers you type into our online calculators stay in your browser and are not sent to us.

Technical data: basic information such as IP address, browser and pages visited, collected by our hosting, security and analytics tools, and cookies needed for the cart and checkout.

2. How we use it

To deliver your order or service and send order emails and download links.

To reply to your messages and send quotes.

To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.

To understand how the site is used and improve it.

To send occasional emails about templates and tips only if you sign up; every email has an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

Stripe, to process payments.

Hostinger, which hosts the website and our email.

Tools that help us run the site, such as chat support and analytics, only as needed to provide them.

Authorities, if the law requires it.

4. Your files and financial records

We use files you send only for your project. We do not share or reuse them, and we delete them after the project if you ask. We can sign your NDA before you send anything.

5. How long we keep information

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Messages and project files are kept while we work together and for a reasonable time after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop receiving marketing emails, by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or US state privacy laws, and you can contact your local data protection authority.

7. Cookies

We use cookies that are needed for the cart, checkout and login, and may use analytics cookies to see how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser; some parts of the site, like checkout, may then not work.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
