Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use softotech.net, buy a template, use a free tool or hire Softotech Solutions, a brand of Threedudes LLC (“we”, “us”) for a service. By buying or using any of these, you agree to these terms.

1. What we offer

Digital templates: Excel and Google Sheets files sold as instant downloads.

Free online tools: calculators such as our DSCR calculator, provided for planning only.

Custom services: spreadsheet fixes, builds and automation, monthly care plans, loan-ready financials, lead generation, web research and website work.

2. Templates and your licence

When you buy a template you get a licence for one person or one business to use and change the file for its own work.

You may not resell, share, give away or upload the file, or a changed copy of it, for others to download. Team, client or commercial use needs a separate licence; contact us.

Your download link appears on the order page and in your order email. Each link can be used up to 5 times within one year of purchase.

Templates are .xlsx files for Excel 2016 or newer and open in Google Sheets. Some features may look different in other spreadsheet apps.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. At checkout you may be shown the price in your own currency; the amount charged is shown before you pay.

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Custom work is billed at the fixed price in your written quote. Care plans are billed monthly in advance until you cancel.

4. Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

5. Custom services

Before work starts you receive a quote with the price, what is included and the expected delivery date.

You agree to give us the files, access and information we need, and to tell us about any rules or limits that apply to your data.

Delivery dates depend on getting what we need from you on time.

After full payment you own the files we create for you. We may reuse general methods and code patterns that are not specific to your business.

One-time projects include 14 days of free fixes after delivery for problems with our work.

6. Loan-ready financials, calculators and financial templates

We are not a lender, accountant, tax adviser or financial adviser. Our files and tools help you prepare and plan; they are not financial, tax or legal advice.

We only work from records you provide. You are responsible for making sure those records are real, complete and accurate. We will not create, change or falsify bank statements, tax returns or any other document, and we may stop work if asked to.

Lenders make their own decisions. We do not promise that any loan will be approved.

Results from our free calculators and templates are estimates. Check important numbers with your lender or accountant.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our site, files or services for anything illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or to try to break, overload or copy the site.

8. Limits of our responsibility

We work carefully and test our files, but we cannot guarantee they will be free of every error or suit every situation. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service concerned, and we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.
